| The distributed energy system on behalf of the cold, heat, electricity supply system has become a trend in the world. It broke the concept of traditional energy sources "small is not economical" that formatted in the era of coal.As a distributed power supply system, Combined Cooling Heating and Power technology is built on the concept of cascade utilization of energy. It uses natural gas as primary energy, which can produces cold, heat, electricity power. It fully reflects "the distribution of energy supply" concept, and is increasingly concerned for its superior performance. Based on it, this paper carried out some relevant research around CCHP system of Tianjin University Micro Grid Lab, includes the system configuration, the electrical control system design, control system development and system analysis studies.Firstly, this paper introduces the common solutions and principle of the CCHP system. Then, the CCHP system of Tianjin University is described and analyzed in this paper, including system program, device configuration, major equipment selection and operate principle, operation mode, electrical operation mode and the system’s various operating conditions. With a view to similar research projects, it can be as a demonstration projects for reference.Second, based on electrical control technology and combined with CCHP electrical operation mode, a manual electrical control system which has been design, installed and commissioned is completed in this paper, including: power distribution systems, data acquisition system.Again, using the manual control system, debugging experiment of the CCHP system has be done. The operating characteristics of the equipment in this system and all aspects of system performance were analyzed in-depth through experimental data. The experimental data and analytical results were given in this paper.Finally, with the actual needs of the system, the automatic control system and position monitoring system were completed in this paper, including design, installation and commission. The hardware design and software processes of the control system have been described in detail. The constructions of automatic control system and position monitoring system have been initially completed. |
