With the increasingly severity of competition in the market, and the wideapplication of JIT mode, Automotive Plants need the supplying to be more timely andmore accurately, which requires Automotive Parts Manufacturers to product anddistribute their goods more timely and controllably. Automotive Sheet Metal PartsManufactures are typical Automootive-parts Manufacturing Enterprises. The agilizationand flexibility of production operation management for Automotive Sheet Metal Partsstamping workshop are directly related to the accuracy and timeliness of the supply.Therefore, it is significant for the study of production operation management forAutomotive Sheet Metal Parts stamping workshop. And due to the constraints of capital,technology, human resources,management philosophy and other factors, traditionalmanual management mode is widely used for the stamping workshop, poor informationinteractive, slow response, low efficiency of implementation are often exit. It is difficultto meet the need of real-time management and has become the bottleneck of theconstraints for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness. Therefore, it is ofgreat significance to study the operation management of automotive sheet metal partsstamping workshop. With the rapid development of information technology, using theinformation technology improve the management level of the enterprise has become animportant trend. In this paper, based on advanced management theories such as MES,the production operation management system for Automotive Sheet Metal Partsstamping workshop is discussed and studied.Firstly, based on the analysis of research status about production operationmanagement at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics and requirements ofAutomotive Sheet Metal Parts stamping workshop, a kind of production operationmanagement system for Automotive Sheet Metal Parts stamping workshop is presented.Meanwhile the architecture, running process and the whole information integrationframework of the system are established. And the architecture consists of systemarchitecture, function structure and network framework.Secondly, according to the characteristics and needs of scheduling for automotivesheet metal parts stampping workshop, a flexible lot splitting method based on slidingfactor is proposed. A multi-objective lot splitting scheduling model is set up, takingproduction cycle, earliness/tardiness penalties, the production cost and equipment utilization as optimization objectives. Then a genetic algorithms is used to solve thismodel.Finally, based on the research above, according to the present situation and needsof production operation management for a Automotive Sheet Metal Parts manufacturingenterprise in Chongqing, an integrated production operation management system for itsstampping workshop is developed and applied. And the application result is good.
