Habitat ecosystem of the Green is the material basis for survival of human societyand modern civilization to develop. Both products of a variety of physical form ofhuman society, and also offers a variety of intangible products and services, however, the importance of ecosystem services are not widely understood, its value is oftenoverlooked, resulting in a series of ecological resource development and use ofshort-term behavior on the ecological environment has suffered irreversible damage.Ecosystem service value has become a consensus, but how the measure is still adifficult. Although the monetary value of quantitative methods, but this method is builton the basis of cost and benefit analysis of environmental economics analysismethods. From the monetary value analysis to measure the value of ecosystem servicesto the following deficiencies:①can not be a true reflection of the scarcity of ecosystemservices,②monetary value of the evaluation in essence, the importance of ecosystemservices the public an acceptance, recognition and not the intrinsic value of ecosystemservices (or intrinsic value),③as a monetary evaluation of ecosystem services, theyoften avoid the issue of social justice,④because the characteristics of ecosystemservices, in most cases it’s the lack of services or products the market price, if any, thevalue of ecosystem services is not a true reflection. In addition, Odum is thatmoney just to pay the contribution of human activities, and ecosystem services arenot reflected in monetary value, he believes the best way is to evaluate the energy as acommon evaluation criteria.Based on this, this thesis, based on previous research results, try using the emergyanalysis method combined with the ecological footprint theory, research and sustainabledevelopment of ecosystem service value of the living environment green systemsanalysis, Chongqing municipal people living environment green the system ofecosystem service value assessment as a starting point to explore the Habitatsustainable use of ecosystem services in the green system in Chongqing municipality, inorder to put forward the future of ecosystem services to sustainable developmentrecommendations. In practice, related to management, the implementation of thepolicy reference; to Habitat environmental sustainability evaluation research to provideadditional in theory. Based on the above methods and research, the final calculation results showthat(2010, for example), years of green ecological services in Chongqing municipalityvalue1.22×1023sej, worth15.124billion yuan, per unit area value of42635.56yuan.Can be seen by the data, the green system of human society a lot of the value ofecosystem services, and these values are mostly irreplaceable. So, you want thegreenspace system non-stop to provide this service value to human society, we need todetermine the green sustainable state clearly whether it is able to provide mankindwith sustainable ecological services. Calculated and determined by theindicator, thesystem is in a relatively unsustainable. Therefore, based on the status of thecorresponding countermeasures in order to improve the unsustainable status. Conclusion, the article summarizes the main conclusions of this study. Thefollowingthree points:(1) Chongqing city greenbelt system contains a lot of the value of ecosystemservices and ecosystem service value is increasing year by year.2010years ofChongqing city greenbelt system of ecological services can value1.22×1023sej, thevalue of15.124billion yuan, accounting for5.25percent of Chongqing’s GDP(288.108billion yuan);(2) Use of ecosystem service value of Chongqing city greenbelt system overall was relatively unsustainable state;(3) Chongqing city green system status, the corresponding recommendationsand responses, in order to improve this unsustainable state.
