As a kind of transition region between rural and urban settlements, the rural townis supposed to be the center of regional economic, cultural and living services in ruralareas. For the past twenty years, the construction of rural towns is under a rapid mode.However, due to the limitations of economic level, most of the constructionactivities are generally in a fast and low-tech way, which lacks unified planning andmanagement. This condition led to a poor quality of the landscape of rural towns. And italso caused a serious homogenization as well as the style missing.In recent years, style-renovation of street scene is wildly and roughly going on inurban cities. A large amount of rural towns is keen on it gradually. However, theserenovation projects carried out more as some kind of political act, there will be somecontradictions and problems inevitably, such as: serious replication of styletransplantation, the lack of concernment for the lives of residents, hastily repeatedrectification, neglect of economic benefits and so on. In this context, researches on therenovation seem imminent in rural towns.This paper chooses a renovation project in a town named Fushan as an example. Thetown had all the typical characteristics of the homogenization of the rural towns.Analysis and studies involves various problems related to renovation projects in ruraltowns, and also contains the landscape economy in a deeper level:The one hand, renovation it comes to the affordable of the engineering methods andstrategies. Effectively improve the quality of the environment at lowest cost bytechnology and reasonable engineering model.On the other hand, it is necessary to pay close attention to the comprehensive benefitsderived by the renovation.That is to integrate the local advantages of resources, toenhance the economic level.this article include the following three parts: analysis of the problem, problem-solvingapproach and the effect of feedback.
