With the development of the economy and constant progress of science and technology,large-span steel structure for buildings is widely applied.Space latticework is constructed with three-dimensional space and body force,which is characterized by reasonable force,great stiffness,lightweight,low cost,innovative forms,which can highlight the beauty of the architecture and is full of artistic expression.But large-span space latticework construction is a complex system,which demands integrated considerations of design and construction.Therefore,how to efficiently and accurately analyze the internal forces of this complex structure system have become urgent problems to be solved in areas of large-span spatial building of the world.This paper researched on grid structure from two aspects including design and construction.The specific work is as follows:1,First,the paper introduces the characteristic,development and application of large-span space latticework.It specifically summarizes the design concept of shell structure,and focuses on common and new construction methods.2,Taking Taiyuan Airport as the research target,the paper introduces and analyzes the complex structure,calculation models,and load cases and combinations,Using ANSYS to conduct the line calculation of the airport's structure.Besides,the structural displacement,internal force and other static properties and seismic responses against earthquake are analyzed specifically and systematically.3,The paper introduces the entire construction process of the structure and complexity of construction technology.4,The paper includes application of ANSYS to stimulation lifting process of grid structure,analysis of different effects of construction process and use of stress measurement and control technology to realize on-site monitoring of the structure.In summary,through the analysis of Taiyuan Airport's grid structure,it shows that the structural displacement , stress and so can satisfy the requirements and obtain the load transfer and controlled conditions combination.Construction method such as hydraulic asynchronous flip,synchronous lift,the field stress monitoring and computer simulation technique can effectively guide the construction process , ensuring the safety and successful carryout of the project.Taiyuan Airport's large-span steel roof was another successful construction case,following other double,multi-grid roof,but also opened up a mew construction technology.Based on the systematic analysis of design and construction , this paper has provided valuable experiences on the construction of large-span steel structure.
