Study On Process Of Design Type Knowledge Work Under Dynamic Network Environment

In the era of information economy, the demands of the market tends diversification,as well as the customer demands, which lead to design type knowledge work muchmore important in enterprise. And the design type knowledge workers as the main forceof the era, lead the design trend and direction. Also in this age, computer, all kinds ofnetwork technology and information system, management software rapidly develop,which are used more in almost all enterprises. Because the knowledge workers aremental workers, so it is difficult to glimpse the working process of the knowledge work,as well as the knowledge work process is difficult to optimize fundamentally, soimproving the efficiency of knowledge work is very hard.In order to improve the work efficiency of knowledge, this paper studies designknowledge work process and its optimization problems under the dynamic networkenvironment. Then knowledge work process was studied from the point of knowledgeworkers, and observations and think-aloud protocols are the major methods. Anexperiment about dimension design based on the secondary development of ANSYS isperformed, and the knowledge work process was analyzed according to programanalysis method of physical work.And finally we raised two strategies of knowledgework process optimization based on the experiment from the information angle andexperts’ implicit knowledge mining angle, then comparative experiments were designedto prove the validity.We got the following achievements.First the three elements of the design typeknowledge work process, thinking, action and information, were proposed. And the“TAI” model of knowledge work process was set up, at the sometime summarized10kinds of typical thinking activity and six common action of the knowledge workprocess.Then the process analysis figure of knowledge work process was obtainedaccording to the model, and we took statistics17data of knowledge work process ofnovices and experts, and analyzed four kinds of differences of the experts and novices.Finally designed more efficiency interface by command stream and established a brieftutorial of ANSYS for new learners, which could reduce exploring time, also greatlyreduce unnecessary repeated labor.At the same time, mined step and the corresponding knowledge with the way of step-knowledge of the experts, which provided reference forthe novices.
