River water source heat pump system because of its high efficiency and energysaving of the outstanding advantages,in recent years have been applied more and more.However,as the river water source heat pump system application of growing, its tailwater to help victims of the hot water discharge (cold) pollution, is gradually becomesthe focus of the problem.
