At present, the environmental pollution and the lack of sustainable energy have become necessary problems in every country all over the world. With succeed in applying for the Olympic Games in 2008, it is an urgent problem to handle the environmental pollution of the city in our country. With the quick development of the economy, the stress of the resource and energy became harder and harder. Our country is calling for building the economic society, saving energy. So the using and exploring new energy are thought a lot. As a kind of clean and continuous energy, geothermal energy is rich in China. High temperature geothermal water can be used directly ,such as generating electricity etc, and low temperature geothermal water is used for bathing , such as the geothermal water about 40℃and the geothermal tail water of the used high temperature geothermal water. How to use the low quality energy to heating is a big problem in face of us.If the geothermal water about 40℃flow into the heat pump as the heat source, the temperature is higher than the temperature which the heat pump can endure. So the usual method is to add mixed equipment in project, the lower temperature geothermal water mixed with the geothermal water about 40℃, thus it can be satisfied with the need of heat pump. After analyzing, the available energy is lost more in the mixed process, so it is a great waste about the available energy.A method which applying the low temperature geothermal water used the radiator and heat pump is put forward in this paper. The geothermal water about 40℃enter into the radiator first, the tail water enter into the heat pump for the more use, then the tail water with low temperature is throw away. As the example of the rebuilding project of Tianjin zoo, the efficiency of the available energy is analyzed about the different project. After analyzing, the available energy efficiency of the mixed geothermal water method is 10% lower than the method commended in the paper.Life cycle cost (LCC) is used in the process of analyses, how to matching the radiator and the heat pump economically is studied in the paper.The heating effect is also studied at the special room, such as the giraffe's room. The giraffe is high about 4~ 6 meters, it is a question that whether the floor radiation system can satisfy the need of the temperature at this height or not. A simulation is made using the CFD software. The result proved to be that the temperature can satisfy the need. The data about the test also prove that the heating effect is better.
