| Due to the improvement of the structure function，the reduced reliability of the structureand the durability problem，the existing bulidings need to be strengthen and transformed.Thought, in a number of strengthening and rebuilding projects which are involve in theconnection of bond-interface beween new and old concrete， mechanical behavior ofbond-interface beween new and old concrete impact on mechanical behavior of the reinforedstructure. Therefore，the research on the connecting method and mechanical behavior ofbond-interface beween new and old concrete is theoretical significance and application valueto improve the development of the industry of the building reinforcement and reconstruction.According to the research on the working mechanism and adhesive mechanism of thebond-interface between the new and old concrete, the two connecting methods of artificialchiseling on bond-interface and add bond rebar are proposed. Based on the proposed method,two groups of ten new-old concrete connecting specimens were made considering thedifferent concrete strength and the ratio and layout of bond rebar. Though the static loadingtest and finite element numerical simulation analysis, three conclusion are made:(1)the failureof the bond-interfane on which though artificial chiseling is brittle failure;(2)raising thestrength of concrete and raising the ratio of bond rebar can improve shear bearing capacity ofbond-interface between new-old concrete;(3)according to stress analysis and experiment datato derive the formula for the bearing capacity of bond-interface between new-old concrete.The research above has certain reference for the further study on the connecting methodsand mechanical properties of bond-interface between new-old concrete，and can also perfectthe criterion about the design of the concrete reinforcement and reconstruction, which areavailable for the design and construction of concrete structure reconstruction project. |
