Compared with traditional dispersing heating, central heating which play a role inenergy conservation will not only provide a stable heat source, but also reduceenvironmental pollution, has significant economic and social benefits. However, thedesign and operation of the current heating network still exist many problems, thusaffecting the economic efficiency and operational security and reliability of the heatingnetwork. The traditional scheduling system is heating or heating unit by the user’scommunication device through a limited feedback to each branch scheduling, anddispatch to the Group by the dispatch center to report the situation. This method lacks oftimely on-site running parameters and often has the problems that the information willbe incomplete, processing shall not be treated, not timely reporting and other issues.With the development of the multi heat source of centralized heat supply network,we must put forward higher request to the management level of the heating enterpriseproduction. The traditional heat dispatching system can not meet the needs of thenetworking operation, this paper comprehensively use application database, remotetransmission, industrial monitoring, and introducing GIS information technology andgroup existing heating monitoring, inspection system compatible, developed a newscheduling system software, it will integrate each system, upgrade to a onlinescheduling system which can observe the company production operation and equipmentoperation state, and the related staff can adjust through the information that timelyfeedback.The GIS provides comprehensive, rapid, accurate data support and makescheduling system can provide strong technical guarantee to command production,emergency rescue and scheduling management. The research results mainly embodiedin the following aspects: Improve network of artificial adjusting control relies mainly onthe way, reduced the relevant personnel of workload, can rise to save the role of humanresources; reasonable adjustment of the heating of the heat source, do on-demandheating to reduce loss, the effect of energy saving, change the unreasonable operationmode, not only ensure the far end customer needs and avoid the heating near end usersof overheating, the pipeline operation get reasonable control, effectively solution to thedisorder, eliminate network everywhere in uneven and phenomenon. With thecontinuous improvement of the system the management ability of the heating operation and the scheduling efficiency will be greatly improved, do a basis for decision-making,management has card can be checked, greatly improving the level of group production,equipment maintenance and management.
