In recent years,the centralized heat-supply developed rapidly.Heating system had been expanded.When it can meet the heating needs of users , how to control and manage the entire heating network effectively, so that resources will be utilized, it becomes the problem which must be solved of heating control system .In this paper,through the research of flow-control theory based on genetic algorithm under steady-state operating conditions, so that the overall heat-supply network can be controlled, rational allocation of resources to achieve balance heat of the whole network.This paper's mainly research is the research and realization of network control of centralized heat-supply based on GPRS.It introduces the research background, significance and current condition.it introduces the key technologies of heating network control system-GPRS technology and genetic algorithm in detail partly, and the heating network control system'modules,hardware,software and database'design ,it base on the analyse of the central heating network control system.Elaborated as a long-distance transmission of GPRS data communication means of communication applied research, and genetic algorithms in thermal network control system applied research. Finally, in the Windows XP platform with the Eclipse development tools and SQL Server database to achieve the centralized heat-supply network control system.The system used GPRS wireless data transmission technology to meet the heating network system, which had a large amount of data transmission and real-time requirements, while also achieved the remote contro and information'collection of the various types of equipments.At the same time, in order to achieve the overall control of heating system, the system control's theory used a global genetic algorithm and realize the thermal heating system, sub-stations rational distribution of traffic, so as to realize the temperature of the heat users control, to heat the user's heating requirements, so that heat supply network to achieve "uniform heating" effect, improve the system resource utilization.
