It is a long way for TCMmachine to develope.The strengths and weaknesses of the existing Chinese medicine structure hasbeen summarized, drawing on the, shortage of exist mechanical structure has beenimproved in order to achieve high degree of automation and efficiency. A high degreeof automation and efficacy TCM mechanical structure is designed firstly. It is able tosolve the TCM irregular due to unequality flowing, the problem of look for targetdrugs slowly, weighing slowly and so on.The structure of rotary cabinet includes base,sky shaft, terra shaft and load chains, etc. The structure of X-moving with the functionof addressing in the X direction include power boxes, rails and electronic scales.Equivalent single degree of freedom system theory is used to test combinedsurface characteristic parameters by experimental means under different materials anddifferent pressures. It provide the combination of surface parameters for structureanalysis. Statics and modal of the rotary cabinet have been analysised by usingANSYS software. The analysis pointed out the position of maximum stress andmaximum deformation of the structure. six natural frequency of the structure and thecorresponding mode shapes are obtained by modal analysis, providing basis forstructural optimization. Weak points in the structure of the rotary cabinet have beenidentified by using ANSYS finite element analysis based on unit volume energymethod, and solutions have been proposed.The natural frequency of the load chain hasbeen calculated. The natural frequencies and mode shapes corresponding to differentpreload effect are obtained. The forced vibration of the load chain has been analysisedand the influence of preload on load chain forced vibration has been summed up.Guidance for preload is provided.A set of traditional Chinese medicine kits experimental device is designed andfabricated to test the kit work ability.
