| China is the birthplace of traditional Chinese medicine,and the reserves of Chinese medicinal materials are abundant.Compared with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of being all-natural,having fewer side effects,and treating both symptoms and root causes,and is being accepted and used by more and more countries.During the fight against new coronary pneumonia,92% of cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine have been treated,and Qingfei Paidu Decoction has been listed as the first choice for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.In the future,the use of Chinese medicine will increase substantially,and the Chinese medicine market will also have a very broad prospect.At present,most of the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China still use the traditional method of hand grasping and weighing for dispensing,which has many problems,such as high labor cost,low dispensing efficiency,easy to make mistakes in dispensing,long waiting time for patients and so on,which seriously hinders the large-scale development of Chinese medicine industry.Currently,although a small number of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals have begun to try to use the automated quantitative drug delivery system on the market,these devices have the problems of poor weighing accuracy and low applicability of traditional Chinese medicine,and have not been really promoted.According to the current actual working situation of Chinese medicine pharmacy,in order to improve the efficiency of dispensing with Chinese medicine pharmacy and make people more convenient to enjoy Chinese medicine service,this thesis designs quantitative drug delivery system for bulk Chinese herbal pieces based on automatic Chinese medicine pharmacy.Firstly,according to the overall market demand,the specific functional requirements of quantitative drug delivery system are analyzed,and the pretreatment forms of bulk Chinese herbal pieces are studied,so as to determine the overall design scheme.Secondly,the form of taking out and dosing weighing of the pretreated bulk Chinese herbal pieces from a single medicine box was studied,which mainly focused on the five modules of medicine storage hopper,electromagnetic vibration drug feeder,weighing device,stirring device and medicine box body,and the structure design was studied by using Solid Works.Then,in order to ensure the accuracy of the system’s dosing and weighing,the key devices-electromagnetic vibration drug feeder and resistance strain type load cell were simulated and experimentally analyzed in terms of structure.Use ANSYS Workbench to analyze the modal state of the electromagnetic vibrating drug feeder to ensure that it works in a low critical,near resonance state.Combined with the drug delivery experiment,the optimal vibration voltage range is determined,so as to ensure the stable and fast delivery of the system.The elastic body of the weighing sensor is subjected to statics and modal analysis to determine the influence of the offset installation of the weighing funnel on the accuracy of the weighing.According to the accuracy comparison experiment of different range sensors and the dropping medicine experiment of the weighing funnel,the rationality of the structural design of the weighing device is determined.Finally,the various parts are trial manufactured and assembled,and the functional prototype is built.The debugging of prototype is completed by performing weighing sensor calibration,vibration voltage adjustment and quantitative drug delivering test on each group of integrated medicine boxes.The prototype is optimized for preliminary finalized production,and the equipment parameters and common fault handling methods are determined.At the end of the thesis,the work done is summarized,and the related research directions are prospected.This thesis has 66 pictures,25 tables,and 96 references. |
