Maintenance of avionics plays an important role in the aviation field, the service quality ofan airline company,to some extent, depends on equipments repairing and aero plane partsdelivery in time. Therefore, requests of an airline company on airlines maintenance servicesproviders are such high as avionics manufacturers are generally required to make sure that theoverall repairing time from the receipt of the goods to the delivery of fixed equipments must beless than7days, which requires the suppliers services reach a very high level both technical skilland work flow management. Consequently, the number of aviation maintenance companiesfulifll such demands is countable. We selected an avionics repairing station in Shanghai of Aerospace Division of A Companyas our research target, which is mainly engaged in aircraft multi-function control computers, aviation monitors and other electronic equipments. This study mainly includes the following contents:1‘Making a summary of the relationship among all kinds of supply chain indexes of avionicsrepair facility in Shanghai, which provides a data support for the following Monte Carlosimulation.2,Combiningwith the current domestic and international supply chain Monte Carlosimulation research achievements, we propose to the performance of this year and changes in thefollowing year in the field of avionics maintenance, and Implement it on the Crystal Ballplatform, base on Monte Carlo analysis.3.Basedon predicting result produced by Monte Carlo analysis,we present a solution whichcan help a enterpirse to do What-if analysis according to predict value, and it has been to appliedin the Asia Pacific region. It can be achieved more accuracy forecasting in avionics maintenance enterpirse for theirown production capacity and more earlier judgment for their processing issue through a series ofstudies and modeling building in this article, thereby reduce the risk in the management of sushenterprises.
