Research On The Policy Of Hubei Solar Application Based On PV Solar Power Station Operating Analysis

In China, the application analysis papers and reports of solar power stations areall about low-power pilot stations. The application analysis for extended period on theKilowatt power stations and Kilowatt Building-Integrated Photovoltaic power stationshad not been retrieved by author. Simultaneously, Hubei Province and Middle Chinafor the study of the region’s solar photovoltaic power stations application analysis andsolar policy there is no article was published. Therefore, the research of this subject isa good reference for popularize the above kilowatt building-integrated photovoltaicpower stations in Hubei Province.First, this dissertation is introducing the data acquisition system, which is devisefor Wuhan Rixin Industrial Park 800kWp solar power station. And analysis theapplication of power station, base on the power data and environmental data whichhad been collects by the data acquisition system, from Nov. 2010 to Oct. 2011. Onthis basis, use the solar power station generating capacity formula which designed byJIS, get the theory of generating capacity and juxtapose actual generating capacity.Get the reasons of affect the solar power station work.At the same time, this dissertation gets some improvements for personnelmanagement and equipment use.At last, this dissertation introduces the solar policy of the world’s majordeveloped countries and the latest China solar policy. For analysis found out thetheoretical basis for implement different tariff in China’s each provincial. At the sametime, simulated a solar photovoltaic power station located in Hubei Province, andjuxtapose the cost of electricity with solar power station in Ningxia Province, to provethe necessity of different province use different FIT. This dissertation get thereasonable benchmark price of solar power stations FIT, and get the recommendationof PVin Hubei Province.
