The Research And Application Of Ultradeep Well Drilling Technology In The Deep Structure Of Binhai

The exploration and development of deep oil and gas resources is the main way to achieve the strategy of China’s oil and gas resources. Ultradeep well is a kind of both can be applied to the petroleum geological survey, drilling the oil and gas reservoirs on deep formation, or carrying out the standard stratigraphic drilling for oil field geology, also can be used to the earth’s crust tectonic scientific deep drilling for the earth science research project of national or international cooperation. The ultradeep in general refers to a depth of more than6000to8000meters of drilling. In this paper, combined the actual geologic structure and stratigraphic profile of Xingang1well in Dagang northern Binhai area and the reservoir-cap conditions, the completed drilling technology is analyzed and the cause of the drilling cycle is researched. There are many technical difficulties existing in the study on ultradeep. This article focuses on the optimization of drilling parameters and drill bit in ultradeep well, and the application analysis of bit is carried out. Also for deep well drilling fluid system and performance parameters, wellbore trajectory control and deep well cementing technology are studied.
