| In order to well deal with the problems in military food, theoretical analysis and methods of computer simulations together with experiments have been adopted to mainly study the large-quantity-consumed military food (such as the self-heating individual meal-ready-to-eat, fortified biscuits, canned meat and so on), and based on the product Drop and Shock Theory and packaging testing technology, a preliminary research has been conducted to study the Fragility evaluation criteria and test methods for impact of military food drops.As for the issues existed in military food that it is difficult to fix the acceleration sensors, the Application of high-speed photography in Drop Experiment has been studied and its results have been compared with the experimental data gotten by acceleration sensors. On this basis, the optimum shooting conditions and parameters have been obtained by studying the relationship between shooting accuracy and sampling frequency, shooting distance as well as image resolution. The results showed that high-speed photography has a very broad prospect in the packaging drop tests, but there are still many problems remain to be solved.A systematic testing for the impact of military food dropping has been conducted by using the equipments, such as the shock test machine, dynamic Signal analyzer and leak detector and so on. Furthermore, the fragility testing standards and testing methods are proposed and drops fragility testing for the three kinds of military food are also studied, which provides a reference for the establishment of packaging design and testing standards of military food.Take the military canned food for example, a study on the dynamical process of dropping and impacting of can is carried on by using computer simulation technology and the finite element model of the can is established. The reliability of simulation date is analyzed through the experimental comparisons. The results show that simulation results are well in accord with the experimental data and the finite element simulation has a wide applying prospect in packaging products dropping structural optimization design for product and packaging as well as the R&D of packaging materials.The research results in this paper have some reference value for the establishment of fragility evaluation system and testing standards of military food. |
