Daqing oilfield after40years of mining, has entered the development stage of highwater cut, the development stage of high water-cut, oil field development is facing manycontradictions: one is for the new recoverable reserves is decreasing year by year,reserve-production imbalance is becoming more and more serious;two is the oil layers ofserious heterogeneity, further improve the recovery difficult;three is well measures worse,infill well its decline rate, water flooding causes to poly to oilfield water flooding decreasingtrend is increasing; four are water oil increase exponentially, water control is more andmore difficult; five is the periphery developed oilfield low-yield seriously, not difficult toeffectively use the oilfield development; six is the serious casing damage, the number ofcasing damage is high; seven is the oil consumption to rise, the rising cost of production.This is the biggest problem facing oilfield development in Daqing, is a common problem ofthe old oil field now faces the biggest challenge is, production engineering technologyfaces.The study of micro structure description of the two reservoir.Based on the descriptionin the micro structure, analyzed the effect of micro structure, the connectivity of polymerflooding effect, the positive microstructure zone is relatively rich in residual oil.Theoptimum formula of three yuan of polymer flooding system was studied by means ofexperimental comparison.Three element system of alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant,polymer solution with sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and sodium chloride wereprepared can form super-low interfacial tension between crude oil and the two factory,three system the best compounding order of alkali and surfactant are first mixed, thenmixed with fully cured polymer solution.At the same time to carry out numerical simulationtracking fitting can work, distribution and change rule of remaining oil grasp timely, toguide the development and adjustment.Can adjust the pressure by adjusting the injectionconcentration and quantity, moisture content control; through the optimization of extract,profile, fracturing measures to improve oil recovery rate.The results of this study will be used to guide the two factory of Daqing oil production further tapping the potential of remaining oil, reduce the ratio of water andoil, improve oil production.
