Abstract/Summary:
At present, binary combination flooding EOR technology is at a stage of practice, thistechnology is in the forefront of the field at home and abroad. In the process of chemicalflooding, the displacement efficiency of chemical flooding lies in the injectivity, oil incrementand economic benefit. The individual injection allocation technology is under exploration athome. Many countries are looking for individual injection allocation technologies which suittheir own development status best. It’s essential for the stable development of oilfield to carryout researches and pilot tests of binary combination flooding after water flooding and improvethe utilization of proved reserve.In this paper, we summed up the reasons for the current undesirable production throughthe study of geological characteristics and the current status of water flooding of block438inHenan oilfield. The binary combination flooding relative permeability curve, which isdetermined by the laboratory study of packed column of Henan oilfield438block, iscompared with the water flooding relative permeability curve to summarize the advantages ofbinary combination flooding. The Petrel geological model is established according to theblock static data, and the numerical simulation of binary combination flooding is conductedusing Eclipse numerical simulation software to explore the synergistic effect of binarycombination flooding from the mechanism and determine the influence on displacementefficiency of physical and chemical parameters such as slug structure, concentration ofpolymer and surfactant, and so on. Residual oil, refined description of reservoir is conductedin the foundation of approved history matching precision, the remaining oil is accurate in eachgrid and well point to facilitate the adjustment period later. The438block binary combinationflooding condition is evaluated, referring to the evaluation system and standard of polymerflooding at home and abroad, to accomplish the development effect evaluation of binarycombination flooding.Based on the analysis above, the adjustment and optimization of the final binarycombination flooding development program, drawn with reference of numerical simulationsoftware, has the important guiding significance to the438reservoir in Henan oilfield as wellas other reservoir with the upcoming binary combination flooding.
