The ultimate oil recovery after polymer flooding is almost 50%. A half geological reserves remaining oil can not be swept and driven by water flooding. The development about Gaotaizi oil zones has been into super high water-cut period in the Sazhong Development area.The speed of water-cut rise and production decline is getting quicker and quicker, and the difficuty to control casing damage is getting more difficultly.Polymer and surfactant flooding is an advanced enhanced oil recovery technique after polymer flooding. It has both advantages of polymer and surfactant flooding. It can reduce the residual oil saturation and remainding oil saturation at the same time, improve oil recovery greatly and has a good future.In the paper, the chief mechanism of polymer and surfactant flooding has been studied systematically, descript the physical and chemical parameters in the oil displacement process. Based on the study of numerical simulation technique, build polymer and surfactant flooding computer model, The model takes into account of many physical-chemical phenomenon such as adsorption, the decrease of permeability, polymer and surfactant together reduce the residual oil saturation, relative permeability curve and so on. Using the established polymer and surfactant mathematical model, develop the sensitive analysis and feasibility analysis of the reservoir parameters and physical-chemical parameters according to Gaotaizi oil zone.By comparing the the predicted results of thirty projects, we will find the best project of driving oilfield, and take into operation according to the best project. we choose the best project in theoretic aspect, it is:polymer loading is 1600 mg/L·PV, the concentration of polymer is 2000mg/L,surfactant:RMA-1,the concentration of surfactant is 0.3%.
