| Gasoline blending is an important part of the production process of the oilrefinery. To satisfied the quality demand of gasoline and ensure the maximization ofprofit of refinery production, it is subject to the influence of required of gasolinequality〠change of raw materials〠production capacity〠market order demandetc.Therefore, the primary task of the blending process is to establish a gasolineblending optimization model which including above elements and seeking the optimalsolution of this model,so that could achieve optimal control. But in the process ofgasoline blending, there is not a simple linear superposition bentwenn the mixingcharacteristics and composition of the oil characteristics,but have a very complexnon-linear relationship.therefore, there is also exist big difficulty in the establishmentof a more precise gasoline blending optimization model and solve the model withefficiently and quickly.In this paper, the gasoline blending process for the study, comprehensiveanalyzing of the two blending mode that petrol tank blending and line blending,andin accordance with the situation of domestic refinery gasoline blending,establishingthe recipe optimization mathematical model of gasoline tank blending and pipelineblending, and then using MATLAB programming language to design the algorithm ofmodel, and the using the GUIDE tools,designed gasoline blending ratio ofmodel-based off-line tank blending formulations optimized interface for the gasolineblending optimization system which provides the optimal solution and the optimalresults. Through the process of an oil refinery gasoline blending offline optimization,optimization results show that this optimization is feasible and effective.Data information transformation of between the Distributed Control System(DCS) and MATLAB which conducting the optimization calculation is the key toonline optimization of gasoline blending system, integration of them is a necessarycondition for the implementation of online optimization. Therefore, this study basedon OPC technology established real-time communication between JX-300XP DCSsystem and MATLAB software, to storage and query of data, and under laboratory conditions implementing the flow ratio control for testing.The results show that thecommunication program is feasible, control information is valid and have strongability to control, that will ensure the feasibility of technology for gasoline blendingonline optimization.Petrol tank blending offline optimization have unstable situation of quality, thusthis article is recommended to gasoline line blending process with online optimizationcontrol scheme.it have realized the gasoline blending optimization and ensure thestability of the online gasoline product quality and the maximization of profits. |
