With the gradual improvement and successful application of refinery automation,online analysis technology and quality control technology,different gasoline online optimized blending systems have been applied in various refineries.The YOKOGAWA online gasoline blending technology was used in Sinopec Qingdao Refinery,which uses near infrared online pipeline oil blending technology.The system set up a harmonic head,which can complete the sequence blending of 3 brands of gasoline.However,in the early stage of using this system,the successful rate of online one-time blending was only about 60%,far from reaching the expected goal.The gasoline online blending system of Sinopec Qingdao Refinery was deeply analyzed and researched in this paper.Started from the structure,technical process and principle of the system,the implementation process and the engineering realization of the online blending system were detailed analyzed.The key influencing factors in the process control were studied and the application effect was tested.The problems were found during operation and the solutions were given.This study found there are conditions that octane number is not qualified after a gasoline online blending.There are also problems of octane number excess for blended gasoline,causing greater economic losses of enterprise.The main reason is that the actual additive effect is not clear and the large deviation caused by on-line infrared detect.There is much room for optimization of blending process.By testing and evaluation of the additive effects in different grade of gasoline,additive ratio correction of different grade of gasoline were obtained.This correction insured that the difference between the predicted octane number and the measured octane number after adding the additives in gasoline blending is less than 0.2.The near infrared analyzer model used in gasoline blending was maintained by using the measured data,which reduces the detection error of on-line octane number analyzer to be lessthan 0.1,greatly reduces the detection error.Besides,the blending system was optimized and the successful rate of blending was improved.The overall successful rate of gasoline online blending increased from 61.4% to 81%,which greatly improved the blending efficiency,reduced the blending time and saved high octane materials.The study of this paper is of great significance to the industrial application and optimization of on-line blending for oil products in the domestic oil refining industry.
