| The technology of gasoline online blending is a new kind of clean gasoline blending technology, and it can significantly reduce the repetition rate of gasoline blending. With the development of the technology of gasoline blending and improvement of environmental protection requirements, in particular attention should be given to gasoline online blending. Because the technology did not be made use in the large-scale or the mastery of the technology is not perfect in the domestic petroleum refinery, the exploration and the research for the techonology have practical significance.In this paper, starting from practical conditions, as the gasoline online blending reconstruction engineering to a petroleum refinery for the background, the main research work carried out as the following:Firstly, through analysis the gasoline online blending process, expatiated the mechanism of gasoline blending. Combining with the actual refinery conditions, describe several process from the two ways.Secondly, through many locale research and practical experience, according to the goal of domestic refining plant's long-term development and the achievement of on-site process of decentralized control and centralized management of information, made with the underlying automation system, refining the data management center and data management terminal hierarchical management model. According to the main problems and weaknesses of domestic gasline online blending technically, proposed underlying automation system can take the host computer and the lower computer DCS combined model.According to the system structure and function, designed a set of optimization and control scheme of gasoline online blending system, focused on the research and analysis of optimization and control technology of gasoline on-line blending system. The real-time optimization strategies based on nonlinear model and based on time-domain model and predictive control technology. Finaly, the aim of the paper was to control the octane number, studied a octane mix of rules systematically. At the basis of adequately account for blending technology and changes in oil composition, completed a large number of simulation experiments. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate such the advantages of this model as achieving a good balance between the profit and the stability on online blending of gasoline under meeting refined gasoline quality requirements. |
