The traditional alkaline soaping after reactive dyeing process to removeresidual dye to improve the surface of the fabric, and color fastness of textiles,easy to make solid fabric reactive dyes broken bonds on the uptake rate ofdecline. And dyed fabrics in the process of washing and soaping, washing downthe dye will re-dyeing the unstained part or light-colored part caused by white,contamination, reducing the appearance and performance of the color fastness offabric dyed fabrics. Development of new anti-staining type anti-staining soapingagent to become a research hotspot. N-vinyl pyrrolidone (NVP) having a lactamstructure of the molecule, reactive dyes having a good affinity, due to its highcost of monomer present subject, as a monomer in the synthesis of soapbuilders.This thesis with maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA), N-vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) and AEO-15as the basic raw material, in accordance withthe type of monomer ratio, temperature and time, the synthesis of the acidiclotion soap the builder component compares the ability of the polymer indifferent dosage of the chelating ability of calcium, magnesium, iron and otherions, the dye dispersion and anti-stain, by changing the amount of eachcomponent, and the optimum polymerization process: monomer mass ratio m(AA): m (MA): m (NVP): m (AEO-15)=2.7:1:0.7:4.4. The polymerizationconditions, under85°C was added dropwise120min; insulation conditions, andincubated at100°C under130min.Terpolymer P (MA-AA-NVP) and AEO-15complex material as a rawmaterial, an amount of the compound was as a2g/L,85°C under soaping15min. Anti-staining capacity capabilities are enhanced by the good soaping theperformance textile wet rubbing fastness can be increased half a grade level.Thisstudy than traditional alkaline soaping, made good cleaning effect andanti-staining capacity under the premise can be as large asAmplitude reducewashing times after soaping, save water, reduce pollutant emissions and reduceoverall cost of the project.
