| Wool fabric is usually dyed with acid dyes,and its surface has a scale layer,which is hydrophobic.During dyeing,the wool fabric is difficult to weted by the dye solution,which will affect the adsorption and diffusion of acid dyes.Due to the large amount of floating color on the surface of the wool fiber,the soaped dye will stain to the dyed fabric during the washing process,causing staining,and adversely affecting the quality of the fabric and the color fastness of the dyed fabric.In view of the above problems,three kinds of quaternary ammonium salts of aliphatica amine polyoxyethylene ether triquaternary ammonium salt(1815 triquaternary ammonium salt),aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether monoquaternary ammonium salt(1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt)and aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether biquaternary ammonium salt(1815 biquaternary ammonium salt)were prepared.And the yield of the product was tested,and a new anti-staining soaping agent was prepared by compounding with nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant.In the soaping of wool fabric dyed with acid dyes,the soaping performance of the soaping agent was tested and compared with that of the commercial acid dye soaping agent,the purpose was to improve the color fastness of wool fabrics.The specific experimental contents and results were as follows:Part I:Study on the preparation and application performance of aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether triquaternary ammonium salt(1815 triquaternary ammonium salt):The quaternization reagent was prepared with glycerol and Epichlorohydrin as raw material,and used to modify aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether(1815)to synthesize aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether triquaternary ammonium salt(1815 triquaternary ammonium salt).The effect of reaction conditions on the yield of 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt was studied,and the synthesis conditions of 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt were optimized.1815 triquaternary ammonium salt was mixed with nonionic surfactant O-25 and anionic surfactant SDS to prepare 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent.The effect of each component content of soaping agent on the anti-staining performance was investigated,and the dosage of each component in soaping agent was determined.1815triquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent was prepared and used in soaping of wool fabric after acid dye dyeing,the influence of soaping process factors on soaping effect was explored,the soaping performance of the soaping agent was compared with that of the commercial acid dye soaping agent.The results showed that the synthesis conditions of quaternization reagent were as follows:the amount of catalyst(HBF4)was 4%,the molar ratio of glycerol to Epichlorohydrin was 1:4,the reaction temperature was 60℃,and the dripping time was 2.5 h.The synthesis conditions of triquaternary ammonium salt were as follows:the molar ratio of quaternization reagent to aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether was 1:2,the reaction temperature was 130℃,and the dripping time was 2 h.The yield of 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt was 57.45%.The compound prescription of anti-staining soaping agent were as follows:the content of 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt was 28%,the content of O-25 was 16%,the content of SDS was 1.5%,and the rest was water.When the soaping conditions were as follows:the dosage of soaping agent was 8 g/L,the soaping temperature was 85℃,the soaping time was 30 g/L,and the ratio of soaping bath was1:40,the soaping performance of 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt was excellent,and the dry/wet rubbing fastness reached 4-5 grades.Its soaping performance was obviously better than that of the commercial acid dye soaping agent.Part II:Study on the preparation and application performance of aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ethermonoquaternary ammonium salt(1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt):Epichlorohydrin and aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether(1815)were used as raw materials,aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether monoquaternary ammonium salt(1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt)was prepared by quaternization reaction.The effects of different reaction factors on the yield of quaternary ammonium salt were investigated,Combine the prepared 1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt with nonionic surfactant O-25 and anionic surfactant SDS,the effect of the content of each component in the anti-staining soaping agent on the anti-staining performance was discussed,and the dosage of each component was determined,and 1815monoquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent was prepared.The effect of soaping process factors on soaping effect were explored,the soaping process conditions were optimized,and the soaping effects of different kinds of soaping agents were tested.The results showed that the synthesis conditions of 1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt were as follows:n(1815):n(Epichlorohydrin)was 1:2.5,reaction temperature was 80℃,reaction time was 4 h,reaction p H was 8.The yield of 1815monoquaternary ammonium salt was 77.95%.The content of each component in the anti-staining soaping agent was:1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt was 28%,nonionic surfactant O-25 was 16%,the content of anionic surfactant was 0.5%,and the rest was water.The soaping process of soaping agent was as follows:the dosage of soaping agent was 8 g/L,the soaping temperature was 75℃,the soaping time was20 g/L,and the ratio of soaping bath was 1:50.The soaping performance of 1815monoquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent is excellent,and the dry/wet rubbing fastness reached 4-5 grades.The soaping performance of 1815monoquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent is better than that of 1815triquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent,which is obviously better than that of the commercial acid dye soaping agent.PartⅢ:Study on preparation and application performance of aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether biquaternary ammonium salt(1815 biquaternary ammonium salt):(3 chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)trimethyl ammonium chloride solution was used as quaternization reagent,aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether was modified by quaternization reaction,and aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether biquaternary ammonium salt(1815 biquaternary ammonium salt)was prepared.The effect of reaction conditions on the yield of 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt was investigated,and the synthesis conditions of 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt were optimized.The 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt was mixed with nonionic surfactant O-25 and anionic surfactant SDS to prepare 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent,and used in acid dyeing soaping.The effect of each component content on the anti-staining performance of anti-staining soaping agent was studied,and the ratio of each component of anti-staining soaping agent was determined.Through the soaping experiment of wool fabric dyed with acid dyes,the effects of different soaping factors on the soaping performance of anti-staining soaping agent were studied,the soaping process conditions were optimized,and the soaping performance was compared with that of the commercial acid dye soaping agent.The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions of 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt were as follows:n(1815):n(trimethyl ammonium chloride)was 1:2,reaction temperature was 90℃,reaction time was 5 h.The yield of 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt could reach 65.08%.The compound prescription of biquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent were as follows:the content of biquaternary ammonium salt was 28%,the content of O-25 was 22%,the content of SDS was 2.5%,and the rest was water.When the dosage of soaping agent was 9 g/L,the soaping temperature was 75℃,the soaping time was 20 g/L,and the ratio of soaping bath was1:40,the soaping performance of 1815 biquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent is the best,and the dry/wet rubbing fastness reached 4-5.The soaping performance is obviously better than that of the commercial acid dye soaping agent,but worse than that of 1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent.The results showed that the quaternization modification of aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether(1815)could improve the soaping performance of the soaping agent,and the soaping agent had excellent soaping performance and dry/wet rubbing fastness,which is obviously better than the commercial acid dye soaping agent.Among the three kinds of 1815 triquaternary ammonium salt type,the soaping performance of1815 monoquaternary ammonium salt soaping agent was the best,1815monoquaternary ammonium salt anti-staining soaping agent has good market competitiveness and broad application prospects because of its excellent soaping performance,simple synthesis process and low cost. |
