| The coal mine production safety environment of emotional ties to every miner,enterprises, social heart, is an important barrier to the mine safety orderly production, is alsoan important part of modern safety management. How to use modern information technologyto solve the fundamental problem of coal mine safety problems is now the top priority ofsafety management.In this paper, research and analysis of China’s current coal mine, aiming at the request ofdiversity mine monitoring object, design the monitoring platform based on ARM+Linux. Inthe hardware part introduce the CPLD, Complete of the expansion of data collection port,memory, RS232, RS485interface, design of Ethernet circuit. At the same time, consider thespecial environment of the mine, take the appropriate quarantine measures to Hardware circuit(such as anti-electrical, electromagnetic interference).In the software, completed structures ofthe Linux applications, transplant and start, as well as input and output device drivers onLinux and Qt interface developers. In data communication, TCP/IP protocol introduced tothe communication station, to ensure the stability of the collection point and communicationmonitoring center. Meanwhile, complete the monitoring system’s each function module, Torealize the system hardware structure with "main board+expansion board".In the whole design, a on-site embedded system is used to diagnosis the environmentalparameters, equipment parameters, fault monitoring, and transmit monitoring data to themonitoring center and business station, while utilization the database for data storage,if thedata exceeds the limit value alarm and display information at the same time transmit theinformation to the relevant staff in order to remote monitoring purposes.Through debugging of hardware and software, it indicates that the monitoring system toachieve the original design requirements, to complete the data collection and transmission. |
