Since the1960s screw drill developed has always been oil drilling in their favor, andhas become a essential downhole device on oil drilling, mining and development. With theconstant expansion of the oil field development and the development of technology, thenumber of directional wells and horizontal wells is growing. Many problems in the drillingprocess are revealed one by one, the difficulty of the drilling process increase alsocontributed to more and more the screw drill performance and functional requirements, ithas also become the focus direction for many corporate research and development.This paper designs the positive testing system of screw drill performance starts fromthe work principle of screw drill with real situation of screw drill in the drilling work. Todetermine the screw drill parameters of design theory based on the theory calculate, andthen determine the system of testing equipment parameters and data index and designinstitutions. Screw drill positive detection system is adopted to simulate the screw drill inunderground by the braking resistance, detect the output parameters of screw drill, thenreaction screw drill in the conditions of performance parameters for screw drill can meetthe well needs to give scientific basis. This system change before the test platform of datainstrument, the data signal through the sensor technology concentrated treatment and toshow that parameter record becomes convenient and quick. This paper will use the digitalcircuit for processing the parameters, the external signal can be a serious obstacle sensor ina digital system to influence test effect and work quality, the interference signal of thesystem inside and outside are processed in different ways.Positive detection system of screw drill performance has the advantages of simpleoperation, high degree of digitalization and safety etc.. This system can not only completeperformance test of screw drill tool better, more can shorten the test time and improve theefficiency of testing which can meet the larger task requirements. |
