| Screw pump lifting system is widely used in petroleum industry,compared with the traditional pumping unit,the screw pump has the advantages of small size,convenient management and maintenance.Screw pump can be divided into two categories: electric submersible screw pump and ground driven screw pump.Although ground driven screw pump is widely used in oil field,but due to the theory of screw pump oil production technology is not perfect,resulting in the production of a number of failures and security risks,and even bring some significant losses.At present,it is an effective method to prevent and control the failure of the screw pump well by collecting and analyzing the parameters of the screw pump well.However,the acquisition of the screw pump wells mostly depends on manual collection,and the oil production engineers can judge the running state and performance of the screw pump well according to the work experience.Manual acquisition has no real time and is influenced by subjective and objective factors.The traditional wireless data acquisition and monitoring system can not achieve a good balance between transmission distance and power consumption of two factors.In this paper,we design the current acquisition and transmission warning system of screw pump which based on gprs.The system is composed of STM32F407 chip and many functional modules.A working model is designed,this work model consists of two parts,The two parts are 433 HMZ wireless data acquisition transmission early warning system and the Real time monitoring and warning system based on gprs.The former is mainly responsible for the collection of3000 M radius of the center of the transfer station.The latter is responsible for data acquisition outside of 3000 M.Through the field test,the system designed in this paper has a large coverage area,and it has the characteristics of real-time online,quick response to sudden failure and timely warning. |
