| In order to research the erosive burning effect of TEGN-propellant and its influencing factors, five different types of single-hole TEGN-propellants and7/19plum blossom type porous propellants were manufactured, the burning performance of TEGN-propellants was measured through closed-bomb experiments and burning aborted-experiment by single factor variable method. The influence of the ratio of burning surface to port area (x), loading density, the mold type of propellant and initial temperature impact on the burning performance of TEGN-propellant were analyzed, the affection of slotting technology impact on porous propellants was tested. The result shows that:there is significant erosive burning when x>152, the erosive burning does not exist when χ<57;the erosive burning exists or not was related to other factors such as types when χ is between57and152. The erosive burning effect was inhibited through reducing the initial temperature or improving the loading density; the smaller inner holes, the worse erosive burning when the loading density, formulation and the length of the propellants were the same. The slotting experiments shows that the erosive burning effect of porous propellants was reduced by slotting with the slotted spacing were below16mm and the slot width of1mm effectively. |
