| Quinolones will enter into the environment finally, which are extensively used intreatment of infection for human and animals. Animal manure containing antibiotics isapplied to agricultural land as organic fertilizer. As a result, the soil and the surfacewater could be contaminated, and antibiotics would be accumulated in crops, posing aserious threat to human health finally. An analytical method for the simultaneousdetermination of three quinolones in vegetable was developed. The environmentalbehavior of NORã€CIPã€ENR in the soil-vegetable system was studied, and the effectsof different kinds of drugs, combined pollution of drugs,pH of irrigation water, different kinds of soilã€different kinds of vegetablesã€different parts of vegetables werealso studied. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of three quinolonesin vegetable was developed. The detective limits of three quinolones antibiotics invegetable were obtained from0.465to0.715mg/kg, and the recoveries were obtainedfrom86to115.3%,RSD was lower than6.08%.The results showed that the methodaccods with demends of residue analysis of QNs in vegetables.(2) The residues of QNs in vegetables and soils were affected by different kindsof drugs, combined pollution of drugs,pH of irrigation water, different kinds of soils, different kinds of vegetables, different parts of vegetables. When the soil was pollutedby3quinolones, the residues of NORã€CIPã€ENR in soil and vegetable were severerthan singular quinolone antibiotic. The higher concentration of QNs in soil, theseverer residues in cabbage. The residues of QNs was highest in cabbage and soilwhen the pH of irrigation water was5. The residues of QNs in cabbage were highestwhen the cabbage was grown in sandy soil, The residues of QNs in cabbage werelowest when the cabbage was planted in loam.(3) The residues of QNs in7various kinds of vegetables were differentsignificantly the pot experiments, the order of residues were: parsley> rape> cabbage>Shrubby argyranthemum> crown daisy> chou> Cherry radish. In a word, leafvegetable>root vegetable.(4)There was obvious difference in the residues of QNs in different parts ofcabbage. the order of residues in in different parts of cabbage were: leaves> root>stem. There was also obvious difference in the residues of various quinolones in cabbages. The residues of CIP in leaves and root were highest and ENR in root waslowest. |
