Quinolones as broad spectrum antibiotics have a low cost and good effect that has been widely used in various fields. In recent years, excessive antibiotic has been found in food or even in water that lead to bio-concentration. Those thing are hearting human health on one hand, on the other hand warning our public safety.Four kinds of Quinolones(pefloxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin lomefloxacin) are forbidden to used in eating animals, in June 2015, publish by the ministry of agriculture website. Those opinions are pointed out that four kinds of quinolones drug and products have a lot of danger for food safety, and we have a special animal substitutes. Therefore we decided to forbid. For the corresponding to the call of national policy, this paper is aimed at looking for a convenient and accurate method that use a solid-phase microextraction(SPME)-high performance liqud chromatography(HPLC).We can use this method to separate four kinds of antibiotics in environment water, and to detect the contents of four kinds of antibiotics.A solid-phase microextraction(SPME)-high performance liqud chromatography(HPLC) method has been developed for simultaneous determination of 4 quinolones(ofloxacin, norfloxacin, pefloxacin, lomefloxacin) antibiotics in wastewater. The experimental conditions of SPME and HPLC was optimized in this paper. Meanwhile, we established a method to detect four kinds of quinolones antibiotics at the same time. This paper study on the solid-phase microextraction technology application in trace analysis. Solid phase microextraction device was successfully preparation. We set up a method that can use SPME-HPLC to rapid enrich four quinolones to meet our detection and analysis of trace amounts of antibiotics requirements in water. C18 and PEP-2 are used as microextraction material to enrich and calculate extraction efficiency. The experiment is aimed at looking for the conditions of HPLC analysis. Those method that qualitative and quantitative simultaneous determination of four quinolones components are easy, rapid, sensitive and efficient to meet the needs of laboratory analysis work.
