The collar is the most striking parts of the garment, and is an important component of clothing. How to obtain the relative formula of influencing stand-up collar structure, offer accurate data of model, is the focus of this thesis.This thesis through the analysis on the structure of human shoulder and neck, summed up the factors of impacting stand-up collar upper opening line arc length, via the key points of data collection through three-dimensional measurement, obtaining basic collar nest line parametric equation. The3D software will create three-dimensional virtual stand-up collar, which obtains various factors on affecting the equation and develop into a two-dimensional plane sample, which is about mainly following five specific aspects:Analyze human shoulder and neck turn structure, and explore the collar form. Stand-up collar is mainly composed of two parts with collar and neck nest. Through the reference of documents, the these summarized the factors affecting the arc length of upper opening line, including:collar stand height n, collar side angle αb, front open-collar position h, front open collar angle αf, the factors affecting the stand-up collar shape also including the different value between top and the bottom line arc length.Using three-dimensional scanners scan standard mannequin, extracting the need for human data. According to the three-dimensional geometry formula the thesis will calculate the cervical point (BNP), side neck point (SNP), the front center point coordinates (FNP), drawing basic collar nest line parametric equation. And then obtains the actual collar nest Line parameter equation by calculating the actual side neck point (SNP), the actual front center point (FNP).Inputting collar nest parameter equation with three-dimensional software Solidworks2010, on the collar nest line, according to the independent variables collar stand height n, collar side angle ab, front open-collar position h, the breaking combination of front open collar angle a, drew420virtual stand-up collar. The analysis of the relationship between the various factors in the use of data analysis software SPSS, to obtain the catchy line arc length of each variable formula. According to the principle of orthogonal experimental design table and the data provided by this table, made sample clothes. Made an objective assessment on the sample, testing and amending the accuracy of upper opening line arc length with each variable formula.The innovation points of this thesis obtained that it makes a virtual stand-up collar after obtaining the neck curve, according to the influential factors of the stand-up collar’s upper arc length, measuring data, analyzing and sorting out the correlation between the factors and regressing to equation by operating Matlab programming, automatically generating by computer a two-dimensional pattern stand-up collar. Finally, after the instance of the orthogonal experimental validation, summarizied the variable discipline, which provided some numerical basis and reference for guiding production practices.
