| Schiff base compounds are excellent organic ligand, it’s easy to form complexeswith metal ions, the structure of the functionalized Schiff base coordination polymersare plentiful and stable, and the compounds have excellent catalytic properties andbiological activity, and thus it has important application value in the area ofbiological, materials, medicine, catalysis and so on.1. In this thesis,17new Schiff base compounds have been synthesized: N1,N4-bis（furan-2-ylmethylene）benzene-1,4-diamine （L1）, N-（furan-2-ylmethylene）-2-methoxybenzenamine （L2）,2-ethoxy-N-（furan-2-ylmethylene）benzenamine （L3） N-（furan-2-ylmethylene）quinolin-8-amine （L4）2-（furan-2-ylmethyleneamino）benzoicacid（L5）,4-（furan-2-ylmethy-leneamino）benzoicacid （L6）, N-（2-（quinolin-8-ylimino）-ethylidene）quinolin-8-amine （L7）,4-（2-（4-hydroxyphenylimino）ethylideneamino）-phenol （L8）, N-（2-（pyridin-2-ylimino）ethylidene）pyridin-2-amine （L9）,4-nitro-N-（2-（4-nitrophenylimino）ethylidene）benzenamine (L10),2-methoxy-N-（2-（2-methoxy-phenylimino）ethylidene）benzenamine (L11),2-（2-（4-hydroxyphenylimino）ethylid-eneamino）phenol (L11),2-ethoxy-N-（2-（2-ethoxyphenylimino）ethylidene）benzen-amine (L13),4-carboxyl-N-（2-（4-carboxyl-phenylimino）ethylidene）benzenamine (L14),2-carboxyl-N-（2-（2-carboxyl-phenylimino）ethylidene）benzenamine (L15),2-（pyridin-4-ylmethyleneamino）benzoic acid (L16),4-（pyridin-4-ylmethyleneamino）benzoicacid(L17).3-（4-（carboxymethoxy）-3-methoxyphenyl）-2-acrylic acid (L18) wassynthesized by the reaction of2-chloroacetic acid and ferulic acid. And these compounds synthesized were characterized by the means of nuclear magneticresonance （NMR） and infrared spectra.2.11new metal complexes were constructed by the reaction of the transitionalmetal salts with L5, L16and L18:[Ni（OH）（L5）]n（M1）,[Cu（OCH2CH3）（L5）]n（M2）,[Cu（L5）（H2O）SO4·5H2O]n（M3）,[Cu（OCH3）(L16)]n（M4）,[Co(L16)（H2O）Cl]n（M5）,[Co（OCH3）(L16)（H2O）]n（M6）,[Cu(L18)（H2O）（NO）3]n（M7）,[Cu(HL18)Cl]n（M8）,[Ni(L18)（H2O）]n（M9）,[Ni(L18)（HOCH2CH3）]n(M10),[Zn(L18)（HOCH2CH3）]n(M11). |
