Schisandra polysaccharide tastes sour, sweet, warm, with many effects of Convergencing Guse, supplying kidney, quieting mood, Yi Qi Sheng Jin,hepatoprotective, enhance immunity, anti-aging, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor and other pharmacological.The research took Schisandra as the raw material, extracted Schisandra polysaccharide using ultrasonic-assisted extraction, enzymatic extraction and water extraction.The research studied the optimal extraction process of Schisandra polysaccharide and the best formula of Polysaccharide capsule, and meanwhile studied the stability of Polysaccharide capsule.This study showed clear anti-fatigue and health effects of Schisandra polysaccharide capsule according experiments of weight--oaded swimming, determination of serum urea nitrogen, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen determination and blood lactate determination after swimming.This result of research provides a new way for the development of Schisandra functional foods, it is important to deep processing of Schisandra, improve the added value and increase the variety of health food.and provide a scientific basis for development and utilization of wild edible plants resources in Changbai Mountain.The result indicated(1) The optimum conditions of Ultrasound-assisted extraction of Schisandra polysaccharide: solid-liquid ratio is1:25, ultrasonic time is40min, ultrasonic power is500W, extraction temperature is55℃. The polysaccharides rates are far greater than enzyme and water reference(2) The best recipe of Schisandra polysaccharide capsule:salad oi10.8g, polysaccharides2.5%, CMC0.7%, soy lecithin0.3%, beeswax0.4%.(3) The stability experiment of polysaccharide capsule,three months time,relative humidity75%, temperature37℃, the result showed:①Microbial parameters were not changed under above conditions②Fhysical and chemical index in one month,two months,three months,compared with zero month, had not significant difference under t-test (P>0.05), Proved that main physical and chemical index of capsule did not change significantly under stability experimental conditions③Sense index such as organizational status did not change unde test condition.(4) Mice were given Schisandra polysaccharide capsule10mg/kg,20mg/kg,30mg/kg, administered orally for30days, it can prolong the swimming time, reduce the production of serum urea nitrogen, increase liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content, reduce the production of blood lactate, the results showed that Schisandra polysaccharide capsule has obvious health benefits of anti-fatigue. |
