At present, the coal mine mostly used various devices on the system of monitoring and protection. But independ of each other, the test information can not be a comprehensive judgment lead to fasle postives. Resulting in undue shut down of the conveyor, it have a great impact on the efficiency of coal proudction and mine economic indicators. Therefore, this paper establish a monitoring system of the coal mine belt transport based on the CAN bus and embedded systems based on the combination of CAN bus communnication technology and intelligent contral theroy, voice communications and system monintoring a combiniation of basic research, applied the fuzzy theory into the belt drive motor speed control device. It solved the problems of the existing distributed control and complete the function of belt transport systen equipment run-time control, fault detection, information sharing and voice communications.At present, most of the speed control of the belt usually use the AC variable frequency speed regulaion. Currently it can meet the needs of the coal mines. But with the upgranding of the mine automation level, the need of further reduce the torque rippe and motor starting current is in order to improve the responsiveness and robustness of the speed control system. Therefore, this paper combined the intelligent controll theory and embedded systems. However, due to the motor speed control system with nonlinear, stong coupling and time-varying characteristics, it is difficult to establish the mathematical model. Fuzzy control without a mathematical model is based on the actual system input and output results. It can control system at real-time by referencing the operating field conditions. Therefore this paper established a fuzzy controller based on fuzzy theory of motor speed control, and simulat in the MATLAB/Simulink software emulation. Accuracy, stability and robustness of the fuzzy controller by comparing the speed curve of PI control and fuzzy control system. The embedded control system has both versatility, high reliability and bus technology, distributed measurement and control with centralized monitoring features. It has a great significance for the coal belt system control automation.
