| Belt conveyor as an important material transmission machine characters simple structure,big quantity and high reliability in civil production areas. Belt conveyor now have became the most important transmission machine in coal mines,powers and ports. With big and super coal mines constructed and put into work in our country, we require higher quality to belt conveyors, but we have so many bugs in belt control system design which limit belt use. Because of coal mine bad environments, belts work under ground broke easily. For work security and workers' safe, We must improve belt conveyors' control system design.Firstly we analysis the shortages of belt conveyor control system. On this analysis it provides an program of belt auto control system based on new type PLC. With the development of intelligent control thesis and its use, fuzzy control show significant advance. Combine new type fuzzy thesis with traditional PID control thesis has become a hot area of industrial control research. This paper use the better fuzzy control thesis improve traditional PID control achieve good result of belt control. PROFIBUS bus and FCS system's design decrease workers labor and dangerous rate and make sure of the system's working.The key to this paper is belt conveyor control start and dynamic power balance. With the analysis of common control start mode and characters of motor power unbalance, we provide a stage of fuzzy-PID to arrive motor balance. Make control start mode with the characters of PLC control and hydraulic coupling.The paper analysis the possibility of new type fuzzy-PID control system's use of belt control system in coal mine and design programs and interface then design full control system. Making a well function of design of long distance,high quantity,high power belt conveyor system. |
