| In this subject, the effect of different intertexture on the performance of seamlesssports underwear was the main studied.At first,weave the fabric of Seamless sportsunderwear, using the early Optimized density N6〠plain and quickhydroscopic-diffusion-dry of Cooldry, the heat preservation function yarn ofThermolite. Then test and analysis the function of the fabric,like quickhydroscopic-diffusion-dry〠Warmth retention property〠tensility and elasticresilience. The methods of condensed mapping and functional evaluation value wereadopted to comprehensively evaluate and analyze their function properties. Theresults show that: the surface yarn and the yarn below all are the elasticity yarn andnot elasticity with one and one interval,this intertexture of fabric had wellhydroscopic-diffusion-dry and heat retention;all the fabric with different intertexturehad well tensility and elastic resilience that in accord with human body needs.Use the seven optimized fabric intertexture, meanwhile in order to contrast thethermal and wet comfort of Outlast and Thermolite,use Outlast instead of Thermolite,Design and weave seamless sports underwear,also test and analysis its thermalã€wetand pressure comfort. It turned out that the thermalã€wet and pressure of the seamlesssports underwear in accord with human body needs.The results of the researchcanprovide theory evidence and practical reference for the design and development ofseamless sports underwear. |
