As females regard both beauty and health as equally important nowadays, besides fashion and aesthetics in visual, they show great solicitude for clothes'comfort and fitness also, which is revealed obviously in corset. Seamless bra top, as one kind of underwear, covering on females'bust directly, is made one time by seamless processing technique, it can be pasted body, and used as decorating underwear as while , being popular in female consumers widely. Although this clothes is a small branch in seamless clothes series, in view of the contracture's particularity of female bust, un-suitable corset is count against their health, thus, bust configuration, reasonable weave and size have great influence on consumers and even corporation. This study is set out from this point, combining with different bust configuration to research the pressure comfort, weave and size of seamless bra top, which has great mean in practice.This study mainly concludes: chose typical and frequently-used weave to make seamless bra top samples, designed pressure comfort experiment of 8 parts in bra top to get each part's comfort pressure scope with the statistic methods of parameter interval estimation. Got young female's key bust indexes By 3d human body scanning measurement and programmed through k-mean clustering and SA to classify bust form. Combining with the subject evaluation of samples with different bust forms, used regression analyzing to build up math mold between bra top's size, pressure and bust form, based on which attained comfort size scope and weave improved of each part on seamless bra top. According to the improved size and weave, aimed at the middle size of each bust form to make 3 bra top samples and test the valid of these results by testing pressure and subjective evaluation on pressure comfort. Conclusions from these researches were:A. In seamless bra top's front piece, there are 8 parts that can describe its pressure, they are upper and hem cuff, front center, bust side, bra cup's up-side, bra cup's side and cup's bottom. The pressing degree of female's bust from high to low in order are upper cuff, hem cuff, BP, bust side, cup's bottom, cup's bottom brim, front center.B. Through parameter interval estimation, analyzed the comfort evaluation and pressure values to attain the comfort pressure scope of 8 parts in seamless bra top.C.Bust and bust side have good ability of pressure bearing, and BP and under-bust are sensity to pressure. Ability of pressure bearing presents strong liner relation with sensity to pressure present.D. There are typical 3 sort bust forms during females of 18 to 28 ages. When the materials and basic size are the same, if bra top's cup has more stereoscopic pattern,and fits bust shape better,it will have better pressure comfort.E. Built up math modeling between bra-top's pressure, size and bust form, according to relative analyze, it can be knew that in horizon upswing width is in direct proportion to bust width, so is hem width do with under bust, side cup's width to bust' out step degree, cup's bottom arc position to bust's pendulous degree, in vertical the length of front center is in inverse proportion to bust'overtopping degree.F. By pressure comfort evaluation and pressure testing, got subjective comfort sorts and pressure values of each parts, after mathematical analyzing, 3samples comfort degree reached"comfort"degree and each part pressure was in comfort scope, which proved the conclusions of this study is valid.This research studied on young females bust form and the pressure comfort of seamless bra top and got the main classifications of young females'bust forms and the range of comfort pressure of bra top's each part, through building the regression models containing construct, size, pressure and bust form, solved the improved weaves and size scopes these are fit with different bust forms, which guides to make comfortable and more reasonable seamless bra top.
