Abstract/Summary:
With the invention of the new generation TMCP, the technology of controlled cooling are also developed very fast. In the background of Ansteel corporation Project, that is about research and development of4300mm controlled cooling system for medium plate. This dissertation, primarily aiming at the system of controlled cooling, has a systemic study of heat transfer theory and heat transfer model in cooling. According to the field situation of Ansteel corporation, the modeling of controlled cooling is modified and a soft-sensor measurement is also proposed. The main work and results in this paper are summarized as follows:(1). The theoretical models of the controlled cooling system were researched. The heat transfer between plate and coolant during the process of accelerated cooling, ultra-fast cooling and air cooling etc. were analyzed profoundly. Based on energy conservation principle, the on-line regression equation for the coefficient of heat transfer was established.(2). On this foundation, the heat transfer coefficient model of water cooling has been regressed on basis of the law of conservation of energy and the mathematical model for on-line application has been also obtained and applied to practical production. Based on the production of diverse varieties in Ansteel Heavy Plate Plant, steel plate controlled cooling process has been studied. The modeling of controlled cooling is also established and optimized. The research results has been applied to practical production. the cooling system after rolling has been optimized. by calculating and comparing. The control precision, response speed as well as the stability of this system has been improved.(3). The temperature of soft sensing technique was presented, based on middle thermometer did not work well. And temperature drop model is applied to the soft measurement. So the multistage cooling control system was established to satisfy the need of industrial production of plate. (4). For this process control system features, and with the actual situation, both the characteristics of real-time data and problems caused in control model were analyzed. Some data processing methods have been proposed.(5). Database data was stored, analyzed and summarized applied the new technology of data mining. Some problems in scene were solved and some cooling regulations were summarized.
