Accelerated Controled Cooling is an important way to improve plate performance and additional value. It can simplify process and improve the production efficiency, save energy and expensive alloying elements, which has great economic benefits. This paper is based on controlled cooling system of a new plate mill in China. To solve the difficulties of controlled cooling system,we have a series of studier and developments.In learning and summarizes the domestic and foreign control cooling technology on the basis of the theory of a new generation of plate, the characteristics of cooling system equipment and features are introduced, with emphasis on the plate cooling control strategy for process control of.Combined with the practical situation of the automation control system was improved and optimized, realize a new generation of ultra fast cooling equipment and raw and laminar flow cooling device linkage control of seamless connection. To ensure that the process control system has good stability and high precision, which can meet the need of production。Cooling results, this paper studies on the ultra fast cooling control system with good application effect, on the basis of the realization of the ultra fast cooling and laminar cooling control system of the automatic control, and has high control accuracy; the cooling system improves the comprehensive mechanical properties, to improve the quality of the product to make positive contribution.
