| Ecological environment is the integration of the environmental factors that affecthuman’s survival and development, and the compound ecological system that affectsthe sustainable development of society and economy. Therefore, the protection andplanning of ecological environment are very important. Currently, the construction ofecological city, ecological county and ecological town are on going across the country.Under this condition, the government of FengHuang County also launched theconstruction of ecological county. The construction of ecological county should bebased on a good ecological environment, therefore, a previous research for theprotection of the eco-environment is very necessary.The paper firstly expatiated on the basic theory and general rule ofeco-environment protection and the method and model of evaluating theeco-environment quality. Then, investigated and researched the geography factors,nature resources, energy consuming and eco-environment quality. The diversity of theecology system was analyzed and evaluated on the basis of the biodiversity analyzingmethod. By using the environmental quality evaluating mode-Nemerrow Index Model,a detail quantitative analysis was made for the air quality and the water quality of thefour places that were monitored by Environmental Protection Agency. Theeco-environment quality was compared with the neighbor county-LuXi county andHuaYuan county. Then the main ecological problems of FengHuang County wasproposed, such as the low coverage of the forest, the high intensity of fertilizing, thewater loss and the soil erosion, the resume of the mineral resources and the limitationof the protection for the basic farm land. By consulting the index of ecological countyconstruction, the index system and the specific goal were established, and thepossibility of achieving this goal was also analyzed. Then, the ecological functionalzones were divided based on the3S technology, for the aim of eco-environmentprotection and the rational usage of the resources.Lastly, for the eco-environmental problems of each functional zone, theprotection measures were researched from the three aspects-the protection for tourismzone eco-environment, the protection for nature ecological system and the protection for environment quality. The protection for tourism zone eco-environment needs tostart with micro and macro aspects individually. The protection for nature ecologicalsystem was researched from the protection for natural reserve area, protection forforest resources, protection for water ecological resource, protection for basic farmland, protection for biodiversity, the resume of the mineral resources, the treatmentsfor water and soil loss, and the prevention for geographic disaster to explored thecorresponding measures. The protection of environment quality research started fromwater environment quality protection, air environment quality, solid wasterenvironment quality, noisy pollution. Both city and village were analyzed for thesource and trait of the pollution then the corresponding protection measures forcontrolling the pollution were proposed. These eco-environment protection measuresare proposed after a deep research of the current eco-environmental issues ofFengHuang County, therefore, it is consultable for FengHuang County to construct theecological county. |
