A Case Study Of Heping County Ecological Environment Protection

Ecological environment is the basic condition for human survival and development,and is the foundation of economic and social development.With the development of economy and society,the ecological environment has been destroyed to some extent due to the weak consciousness of environmental protection and the excessive exploitation and utilization of resources.Environmental problems have become one of the major problems faced by all parts of the country,and environmental protection has become one of the central tasks of the state and governments at all levels.Through the formulation of policies,to achieve the protection of the ecological environment,promote the scientific and rational use of natural resources,promote the virtuous cycle and healthy development of the ecological environment,and maintain the ecological security of a region,it is particularly important.This paper takes the ecological environment protection of Heping County as an example,through strengthening the ecological environment construction,the present situation and effect of ecological environment protection in Heping County were analyzed in aspects of carrying out greening activities for the whole people,improving environmental protection system,strengthening environmental monitoring and management,increasing investment in environmental protection funds,steadily promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental pollution control,increasing environmental protection publicity,and creating an atmosphere for everyone to participate in environmental protection.Based on the current situation of environmental protection in Heping County,the existing problems of ecological environment protection in Heping County were analyzed from the aspects of lack of environmental protection consciousness of the masses,imperfect laws and regulations related to ecological environment protection,inadequate supervision of ecological environment protection,insufficient investment in environmental protection funds,and lack of long-term mechanism for rural ecological environment protection.Finally,the strategies of ecological environment protection are put forward from the aspects of raising public awareness of ecological environment protection,perfecting laws and regulations of ecological environment protection,strengthening law enforcement of agricultural ecological environment protection,perfecting tax policy,increasing investment in ecological environment protection,strengthening innovation of agricultural science and technology,promoting modern agricultural technology,protecting green water and green hills,and strengthening ecological environment protection.This paper will discuss the policy of ecological environment protection in Heping County,which is located at the junction of Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces,hoping to provide reference for similar areas.
