This article developed a new type of high-performance mixed explosives, which is based on the formulation design of mixed explosive and the preparation condition.It determined the formulation according to the results of experimental, calculation of detonation parameters and the performance test:92%A,5%CF,3%stearic acid;77%A,5%CF,3%stearicacid,15%A1;32%A,5%CF,3%stearic acid,35%Al,25%AP. Specific studies are as follows:First, a software was programed based on theory of the calculation of detonation parameters,which is used to the formulation design of mixed explosive. The results of examples of calculation show that the program is accurate and reliable. The formulat-ion of mixed explosive was optimized by used of this program. At the same time, a variety of particle packing physical models for the optimization of the density.Secondly, this article choosed water slurry method to prepare molding powder by using of the high polymerCF and stearic acid,the product was well-proportioned,smoot-h and excellent fluidity; If grain composition was applied, the packing density of mix-ed explosive will be84.0%and the composition density will be98%of theoretic de-nsity during the study of vibration loading techniques of the explosive.Finally, the relational performance of mixed explosive, mechanical sensitivity and detonation velocity etc,which was tested. What’s more, it is studied the various comp-onents of mixed explosive on the effect of mechanical sensitivity and charge density of mixed explosive on the effect of its detonation velocity.
