FGD is a mature technology and the most widely used desulphurization process.This desulphurization process with gas-liquid reaction has the high speed,high desulfurization efficiency and the better comprehensive economic performance. It is widely used in the domestic power plant desulfurization process.The design of control system is a more important segment in the flue gas desulfurization system.Whether the control system design is reasonable or not, it influences the desulfurization system and the host of the safe and stable peration of the system for a long time. In the design process, we consider the control mode,the control room of choice and the control range fully.Meanwhile,we give consideration to control the principles of classification,so as to realize the control of the selection of the system.This paper also introduces the control system of main loop and the main control function. Flue gas desulfurization efficiency is the main performance variable in FGD process.We also introduce control method of desulfurization efficiency by adjusting the absorber slurry cycle pH value.The absorber reaction tank liquid level and slurry density are two important control parameters.It’s an effective method to control reaction tank level with industrial water and control slurry density with the pulp out regulator.Through the application of this FGD control system,operation personnel can control all kinds of parameters and make simple operation.It is able to ensure the stable operation of the system, improve the security of the system,reduce the operating personnel labor intensity and improve the working efficiency.At the same time,it will make great contribution to energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection.
