Limestone as absorbent has a very important impact for flue gas desulfurization process and the efficiency. The speed of Limestone resorption the restrict rate and efficiency of Sulfur dioxide absorption for the whole flue gas desulfurization system in the limestone - gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process. limestone Activity is an important indicator for measure the performance of Limestone resorption. The higher activity of limestone, its resorption performance the better.Based on virtual instrument technology, modern testing and control technology, The article introduced Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization Process in coal-fired power plants and computer monitoring and control system used in the desulfurization system. The working principle o and process theory were introduced for Limestone activity test,and the entire hardware and software design for the system given combination of process principle. It realizes the function monitoring for the whole system. Designed by the completion of the monitoring and control system has a clear structure, cost-effective, easy to extend and support the online operation and has good features such as anti-interference ability.Combined with the system technology and design, This article describes the system temperature control, flow control, PH value control, flue gas analysis of each module of the hardware structure, give each module sensor and controller selection,and design the next-bit controller Combined with the work flow and control system required. And design and selection serial communication program for the system between the upper and lower, Realize the entire system automatic controlled by computer.This article also combination of PID control and fuzzy control technology were commonly used in industrial control, Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and fuzzy control technology, Combination and analysis features of PH value of limestone slurry and the flue gas temperature for the systems, Separately design fuzzy controller and fuzzy PID controller for PH value control of limestone slurry and flue gas temperature control . Achieve a good control effect.Based on virtual instrument technology,this article presents software design of system which test limestone activity. The use of virtual instrument control module, DSC module combined with ActiveX technology and so on, completed the design main interface of the test system,data acquisition and processing system, PID controller and fuzzy controller, data storage and automatic printing table, Historical data call under LabVIEW virtual instrument implementation.Thesis put forward A new method of testing and its implementation for Limestone activity test in WFGD.
