Steelmaking-continuous casting is one of the key processes of steel production. In the process of steelmaking-continuous casting, there are many unpredictable and unusual events. The unusual events are handled dynamically by the scheduler in the actual production process. How to achieve the effect of human intervention in the simulation system, this requires the introduction of the dynamic scheduling idea in the simulation system, it is the simulation research on dynamic scheduling of steelmaking-continuous casting production process.The steelmaking-continuous production scheduling plan is scheduled by the artificial now. It is need artificial schedule in the steel production when the plan is illogical, it is difficult to make the scheduling and re-scheduling plan achieve optimal because of the limited level of scheduler. It is easy to cause logistics plug or equipment idle, even to cause the continuous-casting off water. Therefore, it is necessary to simulate the production planning, by viewing the simulation results of the study will be able to review that the plan is good or bad, and rectify the better production plan.This paper is based on the "planning and scheduling for digital simulation of MES" project which is cooperated with Baosight software company, combination with steel making-continuous casting process, designing and developing a digital simulation system based on dynamic scheduling to simulate the actual production process. Firstly, establish a discrete event simulation model based on the process characteristics of Steelmaking-continuous casting production, and use the C++language to develop and implement a simulation model. Second, the system introduces the idea of dynamic scheduling for many unpredictable and unusual events in the process of simulation, to ensure the progress of simulation successfully. The implementation of dynamic adjustment is based on rules, there are different simulation results through calling different rules, which can guide the actual process of production better.Through establishing the simulation model of steelmaking-continuous casting production, developing the simulation system which simulate the process of actual production, to achieve the simulation of production process and production data, as an effective tool of checking the rationality of plans.
