| Steelmaking-refining-continuous casting process is the upstream in the steel production process, and is the key process of steel production. As the production process is complicated, many uncertain factors are resulted from physical and chemical change, and the requirement for real time is high, therefore, dynamic scheduling problem in the production process is extremely outstanding. At present, in actual production, unusual events are handled by the dispatcher according to the experiences, which can not guarantee whether the rules for the disturbance are the best. Studying the best match relationship of " anomalous event-processing rule’ can provide a theoretical basis for dispatchers when they select rules to deal with anomalous events. So studying the dynamic scheduling rules of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting process has the theoretical study and the practical application value. This paper is based on the project of " planning and scheduling for digital simulation system of MES ", which is developed by Institute of System Engineering, Northeastern University and Shanghai Baosight Software Company. The main contributions of the paper are listed as follows:1) By studying the actual production process, I summarize the variety of anomalous events that may occur in the production, and design dynamic scheduling rules and adjustment methods according to the dispatchers’handling methods;2) A large number of simulations have been conducted according to different match relationships of " anomalous event processing rule " by using the simulation system which is developed in the project;3) By using the principal components analysis, Wilcoxon nonparametric tests and other kinds of analytical methods, we analyze the simulation results from different angles, and provide the best configurations of " anomalous event-processing rule ", which has guiding significance for dynamic scheduling in actual production process. |
