Steelmaking-continuous casting production process is an important step in the production of iron and steel plant,its role is time to accept the molten iron from the blast furnace and the rolling step back in time to provide quality track slab responsibility,plays a key role in connecting link.Steelmaking-continuous casting production process is at a high temperature,high energy consumption associated with chemical and physical changes carried out,since the molten steel reaches the target temperature and composition of the casting process is closely related,are not allowed in molten steel,refining and there are long waits between the continuous casting process,otherwise it will produce the molten steel temperature drop,and in severe need of recycled heating,waste of energy consumption,but also affect the quality of the slab.Steelmaking-Continuous Casting Dynamic Scheduling task execution scheduling timely processing of unexpected events,eliminate the effects of time,temperature and interference caused by equipment failure,re-enacted the production scheduling,production planning to achieve a reasonable allocation to ensure steel companies stable operation of the whole production process.Steelmaking-continuous casting process,molten steel,hot work,the need for timely elimination time on scheduling disturbances caused by the need for quick adjustment,otherwise it will not result in the production of stable operation.Currently steelmaking-Create and dynamically adjust to artificial Concasting main by dispatchers subjective judgments based on work experience,take the "step by step"approach.Manual adjustment of dynamic scheduling approach is difficult and consider the entire steel mill production requirements,it is difficult to complete the multi-furnace multi-machine scheduling tasks within a limited time.Therefore,the study disturbance conditions respond quickly to dynamic scheduling problem disturbance events of great significance to the actual production of iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,steelmaking-continuous casting production background,combined with Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Company’s steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production lines for the production process of the planned adjustment problems,expand steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling:1.From the actual dispatch schedule adjustments before scheduling table on the basis of analyzing the adjusted described steel processing and transportation time Disturbance-casting processing equipment locking dynamic scheduling problem,given the performance of the index,constraint equations solving strategies and algorithms.2.Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Company for the business staff of steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling functional requirements,the use of Java,PL-SQL and other programming languages and OraclelOg database technology,the client uses the Applet + Swing + db4o established steelmaking technology-casting dynamic scheduling system.The system includes a disturbance identification module,time tracking module and dynamic scheduling module.Dynamic scheduling system will be integrated in the platform editor for dynamic adjustment provides a useful tool for each subsystem.The steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling system used in steel mill Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Company,application results showed that:the average daily operating system for more than 80 heats,dynamic scheduling within 30 seconds,the scene of scheduling to meet the fast demand response,easy adjustment,data sharing,information display and intuitive interface,to make compact between processes and reduce the time between the furnace process waiting time and improve production efficiency goals.
