| The experiment of measuring geometric error of workpiece is an important component ofthe pertinent courses of mechanical manufacturing specialty in institutions of higher learning.As a experimental course, it requires a lot on the related equipments for the experimentalteaching compared with other courses.This paper presents an integrate equipment for the experiment of measuring geometricerror of workpiece. This systematized equipment aims at the physical demand of theexperimental teaching in the the pertinent courses of mechanical manufacturing specialty ininstitutions of higher learning.First, the general condition of the equipments currently allocated in the measuringexperimental teaching for the pertinent courses of mechanical manufacturing specialty ininstitutions of higher learning is analyzed in the paper. Meanwhile, the current backgroundthat the research of the economical equipment of measuring geometric error of workpiece inChina is not fully up to expectations is introduced. On this condition, a scheme of a new typeof integrate equipment for the experimental teaching of measuring geometric error ofworkpiece is raised. And the general situation and structure of the system are analyzed anddesigned.Second, the whole hardware system is researched and designed in details based on thebasic principle of the typical geometric error measuring and the supposed function to achieve.The mechanism structure, the sensors and the data transition and transmission unit arediscussed in details in the paper.In the last, the structure and the functional module of the software of the experimentalsystem are discussed in details. The structure of the software get integral designed based onthe constitution of the system hardware; the functional module is designed in details to realizethe cooperative control of both hard ware and software. Meanwhile, the software realizationand concrete function of the system is well shown combined with a typical experimentoperation of measuring geometric error of workpiece. |
