CNC machine tool is the "working machine" in the manufacturing industry,which is an important symbol to measure the development level of equipment manufacturing industry.Linear guide is one of the important motion part of nc machine tool in the process of single straight axis motion geometry motion error is always present six degrees of freedom,including the positioning error,two straightness error and the angular error of the three axes(pitching Angle and the yaw Angle and roll Angle),for three straight axis nc machine tool also exist between the three axis perpendicularity error,a total of 21 geometric error parameters.The measurement of high-precision,high-efficiency and all-error parameters has important scientific significance and application value,and has become a research hotspot and difficulty.Feng Qibo research group put forward a fast,high-precision and full-parameter measurement method for the 1-step installation and 3-step measurement of 21 geometric errors of three-straight axis of CNC machine tools,and developed a measurement system.According to research by developed based on single polarization-maintaining optical fiber laser interferometer and laser collimation combined with three straight axis nc machine 21 items of geometric error motion measurement system,this paper comprehensive analyzes the domestic and foreign relevant experimental research method and the measuring software design situation,has carried out the error of measurement software design and development work,in the VC++programming environment,system adjustment and real-time measurement error estimation,data acquisition and storage,graphics rendering and other functions,and were tested on the Dahe nc machine tools,obtained three straight axis 21 items of geometric errors.
